Returns
Obtain a refund by returning the item to us via mail within 30 days of purchasing the order or within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include the order number and your name on the inside of the package.
This is applicable under the condition that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and new condition, carefully packaged for the return.

I placed an order on February 11th and it was delivered on February 23rd. There were no issues with customs or delivery, and there were no additional charges aside from the original purchase amount.
The product itself had no problems. The material quality, texture, and brightness of the product are all excellent. The brightness can be easily adjusted by pressing the +/- keys, and the power button can be turned on to white by pressing it twice. The only thing included in the box besides the product is a Type-C cable.
Overall, I was very pleased with the brightness and quality of the product, and I am considering placing another order if my satisfaction continues after use.
